An Act relating to the custody and disposition of property in the             
custody of municipal law enforcement agencies.                                 
                                                                               
Representative Vezey objected and withdrew the objection.  There               
being no further objection, the Speaker waived the Finance Committee           
referral.                                                                      
                                                                               
HB 295 was removed from the Finance Committee and referred to the              
Rules Committee for placement on the calendar.
